Your newsletter has been delivered to you as an attachment in Adobe(r) Acrobat) PDF format. In order to read and print this attached file you must have an Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. The reader is available free of charge from Adobe's web site at the following address: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Some versions of browsers and e-mail programs require you to save (or "download") the attached file first before you will be able to open it. To do this, you usually use your secondary mouse button (right mouse button on the PC, click and hold for the Mac) to click on the icon, and then choose the option "Save Link As..." or "Save Attachment." After you save the file, double clicking on it should open it in the Acrobat Reader or your Web browser. You may have to start the Acrobat Reader first and open the file from there.
Some e-mail programs (like Eudora) automatically save all attachments to a specified folder. Use either your Windows Explorer or File Manager or Mac Finder to locate the file and double-click on it it open it.
Another cause of problems could be that your e-mail program is set up to skip downloading messages larger than a certain size in kilobytes (usually around 40 KB). Make sure that this is not the case with your program because our newsletters are usually around 700 KB in size.
